Purpose:
Being a Exchange Messaging Engineer, sometimes we have to increase the message size limit on Exchange Transport Layer for allowing the end-users to send a large attachment size of docs, or sometimes based on the nature of business, e.g. Publication / Engineering Designs / Graphics Design documents need to be arrived at your Exchange Server from external domains, so for this purpose we have to increase the INBOUND & OUTBOUND message size limit.
